Not sure but the sellers name is Bird so I’ll bet it would be an interesting call for info if you want to find out tomorrow...

that paint is a result of primer shrink.......... painting over primer before it has had a chance to cure. when it shrinks(cures) it cracks the paint like that.
edit: looks like they painted some flat black over some “real”paint to get that “effect”
